55bwm Terms & Conditions – Player Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 55bwm platform available at 55bwm.vip (hereinafter "the Platform", "55bwm", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("the Player", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute the entire and legally binding agreement between 55bwm and the Player. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment of these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 55bwm reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered account holders via the contact details on file.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the 55bwm Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under PAGCOR regulations governing online casino gaming in the Philippines.
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of placing any wager.
• You are not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, or agent of 55bwm or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the 55bwm Platform or been the subject of a PAGCOR-mandated exclusion order.

55bwm employs Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to verify the age and identity of all account holders. You will be required to submit a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license) and a recent selfie before your first withdrawal is processed. 55bwm reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where age or identity verification cannot be completed to our satisfaction. Any winnings accrued by underage or ineligible players shall be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming services on 55bwm, you must create a single registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active 55bwm account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate information: You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and to promptly update your account details if they change. 55bwm is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. 55bwm will not ask for your password via any communication channel. • Account transferability: 55bwm accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any account balance to another person.
• Philippine mobile number: Registration requires a valid Philippine mobile number for OTP verification. This number will be used for account security, two-factor authentication, and compliance-related communications.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 55bwm Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted methods: 55bwm accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other Philippine payment channels as listed in the Cashier section of the Platform. Accepted payment methods may change without prior notice.
• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless otherwise stated for specific promotions. Minimum withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed in the Cashier section.
• Processing times: GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically instant. Withdrawals are processed within 5 to 60 minutes for e-wallet methods and within 1–3 business days for bank transfers, subject to KYC verification status and applicable security checks.
• Anti-money laundering: 55bwm is required to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations under Philippine law. Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in your own name. 55bwm reserves the right to request additional documentation and to delay or withhold withdrawals pending AML compliance review.
• Deposit-withdrawal matching: Where technically applicable, withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit before alternative withdrawal methods are made available.
• Fees: 55bwm does not currently charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction fees, for which 55bwm accepts no liability.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

55bwm offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonus credits may only be used on eligible games as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Live casino and sports betting may be excluded from certain bonus wager requirements.
• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
• 55bwm reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. In the event of suspected bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of any offer, 55bwm reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Players may only claim each welcome or new-player promotion once. Attempting to claim welcome bonuses on multiple accounts constitutes a violation of these Terms.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering completion conditions.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 55bwm Platform are governed by individual game rules accessible within the game interface. The following general conditions apply to all gaming activity:

• All random-number-generator (RNG) games on 55bwm use certified RNG technology audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Return-to-player (RTP) figures are available within game information panels.
• Live dealer games are conducted in real time and are governed by the rules of the respective table game as displayed prior to the start of each round. Once a bet is confirmed, it may not be cancelled or altered.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or platform error during a game round, 55bwm's system logs will be used to determine the outcome. Where a fair outcome cannot be determined, the bet will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's account.
• 55bwm reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed at incorrect odds, or placed in a manner that exploits a technical error on the Platform.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 55bwm Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account per individual person.
• Using another person's account, payment method, or personal information.
• Engaging in collusion, cheating, fraud, or any form of coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in place of a human player.
• Attempting to launder money or engage in any activity that violates Philippine AML laws or PAGCOR regulations.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in the Platform for financial gain. Players who identify such issues are required to report them to [email protected] immediately.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 55bwm staff through any communication channel.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 55bwm Platform — including but not limited to the 55bwm brand name, logo, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, images, and audiovisual material — is the property of 55bwm or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any Platform content without express written consent from 55bwm.

9. Privacy & Data

55bwm collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available at 55bwm.vip/privacy-policy. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein. 55bwm complies with applicable Philippine data privacy legislation, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 55bwm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical faults, internet connectivity issues, or unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain password security. 55bwm's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

11. Responsible Gaming

55bwm is committed to promoting responsible gambling in compliance with PAGCOR requirements. Players must be 21 years of age or older. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 55bwm account holders:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in your account settings.
• Loss limits: Cap the amount you are prepared to lose within a defined period.
• Session time limits: Receive reminders after defined session durations.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your account and be excluded from re-registration for a minimum of 12 months.

12. Termination

55bwm reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, regulatory direction from PAGCOR, or any other reason that 55bwm deems sufficient to protect the integrity of the Platform or the safety of its players. Upon termination for cause, any outstanding bonus balance will be forfeited. Legitimate real-money balances will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method following completion of any outstanding AML or KYC checks, unless forfeiture is required by law or regulatory order.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. 55bwm operates under the regulatory authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players may refer unresolved disputes to PAGCOR's player complaint process where applicable under the terms of 55bwm's operating license.
